Based on our research

• the use of a powder fabrication unit for printing in combination with a 3D printer for metal alloys is the most efficient and economically feasible way to manufacture products by 3D printing.

• The use of welding wire technology for additive processes can significantly increase the speed of parts production to a form close to the final result (near net shape manufacturing).

• The presence of the complex technology of printed by a laser beam, electron beam welding wire and allows the waste-free production cycle and provide almost the entire range from high-precision parts to high-speed printing "near net shape" technology...
